Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Slice the leek, mushrooms, and Chinese cabbage into thin strips.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken and Vegetables

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Add the leek, mushrooms, and Chinese cabbage. Stir in the tomato paste, ground chili peppers, basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
